Sub-processors
Telnyx, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services and Apple for borrower data, the providers behind lenders.proxara.ai, and what each one does.
Updated 2026-10-31
A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal information on Proxara’s behalf. For the iPhone app there are four, and monday.com if an officer connects it. The lender’s own systems, reached on the lender’s grants, are listed in Every connection.
For borrower data
| Provider | What it does | Where | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telnyx (Telnyx LLC) | The phone company for the Proxara number the officer’s calls forward to. It carries each call, turns each person’s speech into words on its own servers and stores the officer’s greeting. Proxara never asks it to record. | United States | Every call through the app |
| Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation) | The model that reads each kept call (Azure OpenAI, in Microsoft’s US data zone), and Proxara’s email (Azure Communication Services) | United States | Each kept call and sign-in |
| Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services, Inc.) | Hosts Proxara’s server, its encrypted storage, its secrets and its logs | United States | Always |
| Apple (Apple Inc.) | Delivers the app’s notifications, which say who a call was with. A voicemail’s also quotes its first sentence, if that sentence holds no number or date. | Apple’s own network | Each call the officer is asked about |
| monday.com (monday.com Ltd.) | Holds the officer’s own board, where Proxara puts their leads | Where the officer’s Monday account is | Only if the officer connects it |
Telnyx’s speech models are made by NVIDIA and Deepgram and run on Telnyx’s own servers, so neither NVIDIA nor Deepgram receives anything.
Microsoft’s terms for Azure OpenAI say the model keeps nothing between requests, and what it is sent and returns is not used to train any model and is not available to OpenAI. Microsoft’s abuse monitoring may keep a request its classifiers flag, in its US data store, for review by Microsoft staff.
In a connected install
| Provider | What it does | Where | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation) | Hosts Proxara’s app, its encrypted storage and key vault, and Azure speech to text, which Telnyx uses to turn each person’s speech into words | United States | Always |
| Twilio (Twilio Inc.) | A text to the officer with a link to their question. The text names the borrower and the question; the figures stay behind the officer’s sign-in. | United States | Only where the officer’s company has no Teams |
For Proxara’s own services
| Provider | What it does | Where | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (Amazon.com, Inc.) | Hosts lenders.proxara.ai | United States | Always |
| Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation) | Hosts the sandbox, the demo and Proxara’s release registry, and signs people in to the sandbox | United States | Always |
| Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) | Page-level analytics on lenders.proxara.ai, with advertising signals denied | United States | Only after a visitor chooses "Allow analytics" |
Nothing else. The fonts are served from our own site. There is no chat widget, session recording, advertising pixel or third-party form service.
