Architecture

Every part, where it runs and what it holds, how one call moves through it, and how a connected install is hosted: Proxara’s Azure or yours.

Updated 2026-10-31

The app runs on one server in Proxara’s own AWS, in a US region. It reaches the phone line that carries the officer’s calls, the model that reads the calls they keep, and the email service that sends them the details, and it touches none of the lender’s systems. When a lender connects those, Proxara runs as one install in Microsoft Azure, in Proxara’s own subscription or the lender’s, made by the same installer.

How a call moves through it

  1. A borrower calls the officer’s own number, which forwards to their Proxara number at Telnyx. A person the officer chose never to have heard connects with nothing turned into words.
  2. Telnyx rings the Proxara app on the officer’s iPhone, on the normal call screen, showing who is calling, and joins the two. If nobody takes the call, the caller hears the officer’s greeting and can leave a message. Calls the officer makes in the app go out the same way and show their own number.
  3. Telnyx turns each person’s speech into words as it’s said, on its own servers, and sends the words to Proxara as signed events. Proxara never receives the audio, and no audio is written anywhere.
  4. Proxara asks the officer whether to keep the call. A no erases the words at once and stops them coming. With no answer, they’re erased 30 minutes after the call ends.
  5. On a kept call the model reads the words into what was settled, each item tied to the words that said it. Code keeps an item only if those words were said at the moment it names, keeps the later of two that disagree, and decides what may be written where.
  6. The details, notes and follow-up reach the app and the officer’s email, and the lead goes on their Monday board if they connected one.
  7. A Social Security number or date of birth is masked everywhere but one sealed place, and goes from there 14 days after the call.

With the lender’s systems connected

The same call also fills the loan’s own fields in Encompass, the lead and its note in the CRM and the follow-up on the officer’s Outlook calendar, and one question waits for the officer in Teams. On the officer’s yes, recorded with who, when and what they were shown, credit is pulled, DU or LP is run and the Loan Estimate is sent through the lender’s own Encompass, on the lender’s own accounts, and the documents DU lists are asked for in the lender’s borrower app. Once a call is read, its words are let go, and what it settled stays, with the few words behind each item and a short summary.

In Proxara’s Azure. The lender’s administrators grant Proxara access to Encompass, Microsoft 365, the CRM and the borrower app.

In the lender’s own Azure. The lender’s IT runs one installer under its own permissions. It checks the list of officers, each officer’s numbers, time zone and state, and the speech region before it creates anything, then makes the speech account, puts every secret in the lender’s own Key Vault, writes Proxara’s Teams app for the Teams administrator to install, and writes the commands that grant mail, calendar and contacts for the officers’ group alone.

In a connected install Telnyx turns speech into words with Azure speech to text, in an account the install makes, in a US region.

What Proxara runs on its own side

The phone line’s account with Telnyx, which carries every officer’s forwarded number, and, for an install in the lender’s Azure, the registry of signed releases the install pulls.
