Terms of use
Updated 6 November 2026.
These terms are between you and Proxara Inc. They cover the Proxara iPhone app for loan officers and the service behind it. When you tap I agree in the app, you accept them and the privacy policy.

The short version
- Proxara is free for now, by invitation, and it may change.
- Telling the people you talk to that a service hears the call, and getting any consent the law requires, is your job.
- Check what Proxara writes before you rely on it.
- While forwarding is on, your calls depend on Proxara. Turning it off puts them back on your phone.
- Proxara isn’t an emergency service.
- You can leave at any time by turning forwarding off and deleting your account.
What Proxara does
Your cell forwards your calls to a Proxara number, and they ring on your Work line, a second line on your iPhone, or in the app if you chose it. Proxara turns each call into words and writes it up. It emails you the details, and it puts leads on your Monday board if you connect it.
This version
- This version is free and by invitation. We may change it, pause it or end it, and we’ll tell you first when we can.
- It doesn’t connect to Encompass, Total Expert or your company’s Microsoft 365.
- It doesn’t pull credit, run DU, send disclosures or contact your borrowers. Those stay with you. When it offers your Loop link, it opens Messages and you send the message.
Your part
- Telling people. Proxara plays no announcement on a call. Telling the people you talk to that a service hears the call and turns it into words, and getting any consent the law requires, is your job. The law differs by state, and some states require everyone on a call to agree.
- Your company. You’re responsible for making sure your company lets you use Proxara for its calls, and for following its rules on borrower information and record keeping. Proxara isn’t a system of record.
- Checking the work. Speech recognition and AI models make mistakes. Check what Proxara wrote before you rely on it or pass it on. Every decision on a loan stays yours.
- Your account. You must be 18 or older and use Proxara for your work. Keep your phone and email secure, and don’t share your account or sign-in codes.
- Using it properly. Follow the law, your wireless agreement and the rules of the companies that carry your calls. Don’t try to break Proxara, overload it or reach anyone else’s data.
What’s yours
Between you and us, your calls and what they contain stay yours. You give us permission to handle them as the privacy policy says, to run Proxara for you. The app, its design and its software belong to Proxara Inc. We give you a personal license to use the app on iPhones you own or control, as the App Store’s usage rules allow, while these terms apply.
Your calls depend on the service
- While forwarding is on, your calls come through Proxara. If Telnyx or your phone service fails, a call may not reach you. If Proxara’s own servers fail, calls still ring on your Work line or in the app, unheard.
- If your calls ring in the app, they go to voicemail while you’re signed out.
- To put your calls back on your phone, turn forwarding off in Settings or dial your phone company’s code: *73 on Verizon, #21# on AT&T and ##21# on T-Mobile.
- Deleting the app doesn’t turn forwarding off.
Emergency calls
Proxara isn’t an emergency service and doesn’t connect emergency calls. On your Work line, call emergency services from your own number. If your calls ring in the app, it hands 911 and other emergency numbers to your iPhone’s own phone service. If an emergency service calls you back while forwarding is on, that call follows your forwarding.
Other companies
Proxara relies on the companies named in the privacy policy. Monday’s own terms apply to your board. You can undo what Proxara changed on your board from the app, as far as Monday allows. Automations you set up on your board can run when Proxara makes a change, and Proxara can’t undo what they do.
Leaving
You can stop at any time. Turn forwarding off, make your own number your default line again, then delete your account in Settings, under Account. We delete what we hold as the privacy policy says and release your Proxara number, so a call still forwarded to it won’t reach you.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we end this version. We’ll tell you how to get your calls back on your phone.
No warranty
This is an early version. To the extent the law allows, we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise that every call will connect or be heard, or that what Proxara writes is complete or correct.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Proxara Inc. isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a missed call, a lost lead, or a decision made on what Proxara wrote. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law doesn’t let us limit.
Apple
These terms are between you and Proxara Inc., not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content and has no duty to maintain or support it. If the app fails a warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund any price you paid for it, which for this version is nothing. Apple has no other warranty duty for the app. Proxara Inc., not Apple, handles any claim about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims.
You confirm that you’re not in a country under a US government embargo and not on a US government list of restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
The law
California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about them goes to the state or federal courts in San Francisco, California.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and we tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
